CNC Machining
Southfields offer a range of machining capacities including twin spindle turning, horizontal & vertical machining, 4 axis milling, large & small component machining up to 250mmØ (turning) and 1m by 0.5m (milling) as well as centerless grinding upto 60mmØ. Our range and number of machines allow us to handle single one off prototype jobs as well as high volume production work for shop to stores delivery.

Welding - Sheet Metal - Assembly - Fabrication
As well as machining we offer Mig welding, sheet metal punching, fabrication, assembly and fabrication services for components upto 200kg in a range of materials including aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel and copper. We have a wide range of experience and always consider new and varied contracts.

CAD CAM
We offer full CNC capability and design with offline programming using GibbsCAM. We accept most drawing formats including DXF, AGIS and DWG formats as well as a range of other, please call for compatibility.
